Grading Scheme and General Assessment


In this course you will be evaluated using homework for practice, 2 class tests, a final exam, and evaluations in your lab section. The percentage breakdown of each of these is in the table below.

2 in Class Tests 35% (25 for the best score, 10 for the other)
Final Exam 45%

Material covered includes homeworks 1,2,3,4 and text sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 (only the area under a non-negative function), 1.7, 1.12, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. Guidance can be found during office hours, homework problems, in text sections, in the CLP-2 problem book, and the mock test I will post for reading week. There will be a formula sheet - you will see its contents on the mock exam.
